Hi all!

I'm currently located in Arlington, VA and I'm from central Indiana. I'm looking to buy cheap SFH, duplexes, triplexes, or fourplexes that need work done in the Indy or West Lafayette, IN area for when I move back. Would also be willing to help out with financing in the right situation as I have some funds set aside, feel free to reach out!
