Real Estate Broker - LLC

I recently obtained my CA Broker's license because the law was changing to require 2 years full time agent experience, and I wanted it for fix and flip advantages. Now that I have it, I am curious what steps I should take before using it to do my first deal. i.e. should I setup an LLC specifically for the broker business? What are the benefits / downfalls? Should I become a realtor? Tips for getting setup with the San Diego MLS? Any and every piece of advice is much appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
