Looking to connect with other investors in Metro Detroit

Hi everyone! My name is Caity, I'm a CPA and owner of one rental property in Metro Detroit (was supposed to have two, but fell in love with the second and I am now the tenant, haha). I've recently set a goal for myself to acquire 30 units, or the cash-flow equivalent of such (assuming approx. $100/month/unit), within the next two years. It feels lofty, but given what I've seen from the individuals on the Bigger Pockets YT channel I know it's doable. I've been looking into different types of property - multi-family, commercial and RV parks, primarily - and am trying to determine what niche I'd fit best in. I'd love to build authentic connections with other members of the BP community (near Metro Detroit especially) to share resources, knowledge, deals and contacts with and to help one another stay accountable. Also looking for meetups in the area or the most useful virtual meetups. Looking forward to introductions and thank you in advance for any tips or advice!
