Aspiring BRRRR Investor

Daniel Estepp
Posted

Hello Everyone! My name is Danny and I just joined the Forums, I've been listening to the Podcast for a while and just decided to join. Let me start off by asking a question. I am a part of a local BRRRR Academy, and they reccomend starting my LLC with a Real Estate Attorney. Are there any advantages/disadvantages to doing it this way vs setting one up myself? Thanks in advance

Hey Danny,

Welcome to the BP community!

If you aren't confident that you could set it up correctly, I would recommend using a Real Estate Attorney. Especially if it will be your first time setting one up.
