My name is Gary Miller I'm new to posting on this site however I have been stalking it for the last 6 months. I'm a full time police officer and prior military but have always worked construction jobs on the side. I'm interested in both rentals and flip properties. I have been doing alot of research and am in the process of negotiating my first property. I have already posted the current deal in the deal analysis section with alot of positive feedback so far.

My plan is to purchase this property as an owner occupied and to purchase two additional properties in the next couple years for rent and generate positive cash flow. After that I will be investing more towards flip properties to obtain funding for additional rentals. I am also looking to obtain my realtors license in the Spring of 2014.

I am always interested in networking and making connections with like minded people who are driven and focused on achieving their goals.
