Greetings fellow BP enthusiasts. My name is Ben Startzer (of Aurora, Colorado)... new to the BP community. This site is like finding a diamond in the rough! After getting the bug to invest (through a mentor a few years back), I finally gathered the guts to pull the trigger on 'my first deal' just now.... Actually, I visit the RE Lawyer tomorrow to finalize the details in the contract!
