Hello,

I live in one of the suburbs of Cincinnati and want to begin investing in real estate properties in Cincinnati. Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Quote from @Mateo Oquendo-Chandler:

Define "guidance." How much knowledge have you been able to gather up to this point? Many of us will recommend to keep listening to the podcast, reading real estate literature, and deciding on where you want to start. More information you gather, the greater your confidence will be to pull the trigger when the opportunity presents itself.

Yeah, I agree with Mateo's question. Are you looking for a Realtor? Advice on the market? Trying to find Lenders? I think it is important to identify what you want to buy and where. You said Cincinnati but that is broad. Is there a part you are looking at more than others? I would try to call as many lenders and see who has the best rates/terms. Then get pre-approved so you even know what price range you are looking at.
