New Real Estate Investor

Hello everybody. I am Andrew Low. I am new to real estate investing. My wife and I live in Greeley, Colorado. We are moving to San Antonio, Texas by the end of the year. I have read several books, watched several YouTube videos, and have read forums out this topic. I do not have any properties yet, but am looking to purchase my first. I am looking in the San Antonio, Texas and Austin, Texas area for apartment communities. I do not have money for a downpayment. I have researched about different types of financing and loans. I am looking for guidance, relationships, advice. Anything that can help myself and this community on Bigger pockets to move forward.
