Hello everyone, my name is Thomas Mitchell and I'm a real estate investor in East Texas. I have been investing for about 2 years with some real successes and some not-so-successes. Thankfully, I haven't lost money on a deal yet, so that is positive. I flipped three duplexes last year for a 32K profit. (I bought them for 8K out of pocket by assuming the seller's loan, and I got a free 5 plex out of the deal) I have wholesaled or flipped about 10 properties this year, and I have recently found my first real money partner. Real estate is my passion and I love making money! i have been listening to the BP podcasts lately and I realized I needed to become more active in the forums. I have a full time job so I do real estate on nights and weekends. I look forward to being a bigger part of this community.
