Hey guys,

My name is Francis Faucher, 21 y.o. and I'm from Canada, Montreal.

I don't have much experience/background in real estate, but I seriously want to learn as much as I can from this website to build this background. I know that I will need to past many hours here reading post, but it will be a pleasure to do so, as I am really interested in RE. I think it will totally worth it!

I'm currently at my last year as a student at HEC Montreal (business school) in Finance (market finance) and i'm looking forward to complete my CFA. As a Part-time job, I'm working at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) as a ''credit manager''.

Like everybody here, my goal is simply to be the next Donald Trump ;)! More seriously, my goal is to be able to build a portfolio of Stock/Bond/Equities (holding corp), but also a portfolio of Real Estate Investment. According to me, this would be the optimal investment. **Please advice on if you think this is a good idea or no**. As I said earlier, my goal is also to get tons and tons and tons of information to feel comfortable to strat investing in RE.

I hope I will have many questions for you guys to make sure I truly understand.

I Just want to say that I'm happy I found this website, because it seems like it's freaking awesome!!!!!! I looked at many post and I was impress on how you guys are all helping each other. I feel like it's a BIG familly.

So that's pretty much my story. I hope I will have the chance to learn more about you guys and your background!

Thank you and have a great day/evening/night/whatever!!

Francis
