Hello everyone, I'm Kevin 👋

I'm looking to join the community. I just recently sold my first house that was a fixer-upper and am looking to buy into 2-3 smaller SFHs in the Midwest to start and grow from there.

I've been primarily looking around the Indianapolis, St Louis, and Dayton areas and I intend on moving to the area I'm buying into - I'm currently just traveling in an RV with my dogs and have visited each of those cities recently and enjoyed my time at all of them. I'd like to be able to talk with those of you with experience investing in those areas, I'm also open to connecting with agents in the areas that could help me get situated.

Having done a live-in fixer-upper, I'm not sure that I want to do that again to the extent that I had to, but I'm happy to now be more handy and possess most of the necessary tools to do work.

I look forward to talking and learning from y'all.
