Hands for hire in New England - Eager to learn

Martin Beck
Posted

Hello All,

Thank you for taking the time to look at my post.  My goal with this forum post is to find real hands on work in the real estate industry in the New England area, primarily in East Mass/RI regions.

I have been obsessed with the idea of owning real estate for a little while now as I have been constantly learning and networking through events, videos, podcasts, biggerpockets forums, etc.  I believe I am ready to make the leap of faith and start investing but I would love to learn and grow from some real hands on labor first.  I am looking to see if anyone needs a hand with repairing, demoing, renovating properties as that is what my goal is to do.

I do have a full time job but I am extremely eager to learn and work.  No job is too small or big.  I am used to working 12 hour days and have worked 18 hour shifts in the past and will gladly go back into that grind if it means I get to learn about real estate.  My full time job has me working 4 days on 3 days off but I am at a place now where I can get more days off if I wanted.  I have years of labor experience but I have limited knowledge and experiences pertaining to real estate as I have only done a few demo jobs and put up some walls.

If anyone is interested in hiring another hand on projects please consider myself.  The best place to reach me is my cell at 401-556-5317.

Thank you all for your time.
