Hey Guys,

I'm a 24 year old RE agent and beginner investor. I was really always interested in real estate throughout college but have never really had the funds to do much. I have been browsing the site for a while and have so far learned a lot! I scratched up some savings and this year, I flipped my first two houses... Now I am hooked!
