New member, motivated after watching interview with Codie Sanchez

You guys really got me fired up to make a move with that episode. Codie speaking about buying existing "boring" businesses from people looking to retire really made a lot of sense to me. After searching through some of the websites she mentioned I found a business that I just can't get out of my head. I came hear hoping to get some advice on how to move forward I'm very green to all of this. I realize after coming here that this is mostly about real estate, but I was hoping some one might be able to point me in the right direction. I really need some sort of mentorship going forward, i don't have anyone close to me that has any experience as a business owner.
