New Member Introduction

Hi… Our names are Phil and Marie Holder. We are new to BiggerPockets.com and pretty much new to real estate. I (Phil) purchased, renovated and resold a property years ago (doing all the remodeling work myself) and selling it for a fairly good profit, but other than buying homes to live in ourselves, that is the total experience we have in real estate. We are interested in learning about wholesaling and reverse wholesaling, renovating and flipping homes and possibly acquiring rental properties along the way as an income investment for the future. My wife and I currently have a business that we would like someday to phase out of so we can have better work-life balance and perhaps have less stress than we have with our current profession. We are hoping to connect with people who can mentor us along the way as well as connections for contractors, investors, realtors etc. etc.
