Hello, I am a young 40 year old. I have over 20 years of remodeling experience. I've been building up my credit, equity, skills, capital, and most importantly my knowledge of money management and investing. I am finally ready to do my first deal! I have 6 kids and a wife, who depend on me, so I've been playing it safe.
