Hello all. I am Justin from Northern Virginia. I have exactly zero real estate experience, and am looking forward to poking around and learning what I can here. I'll more than likely not have much to add for a while, but I will be reading everything I can, so thanks to all in advance. For now, I'll be working my way through the "Best of BiggerPockets... So Far" articles/blogs, etc.
