Whole Sale or Realtor?

Ulyses Esparza
Posted

Hello, my name is Ulyses and I recently started working for solar going door to door as a sales rep. I want to incorporate selling solar as well as buy real estate for homeowners that bring up the topic of them possibly selling their home (since I’m already knocking doors). I was wondering if I should get a real estate license to make myself more credible as well as get a higher commission from the sale? Or would whole sale be a faster but less amount of return be better? I know it should be a decision I should make but would love to hear what others think. Thank you :)
