the whole monopoly refrance is probably over used here but I can't help myself. I got to a point in my life and have the opportunity to roll the dice and see where I land. i was approved for 35k FHA and there is a freddie mac owned duplex(that was converted into single fam easy to change back) for 50k. so I wrote a letter to present my offer. their real estates agent blew me off so I'm sending it directly to freddie mac. see how it goes. roll the dice one. roll the dice 2 my grandma (who's 82nd birthday is today) best friend moved in with her kids and is going to sell her old house. great location house needs repairs(no bug deal). sent her a letter asking if she would owner finance. I don't know anything about owner finance so that makes me nervous but pfft only one way to learn. sink or swim. I am joining this site hoping to learn more about something that has always perked my interest and I'm ready to try and get into. owning investments.
