Hey all,

I'm Carson. I'm just now looking to scoop up my first deal for STR (Airbnb) or for LTR. I'm in the Louisville, KY area and would love to find friends or connections that could help me grow and continue to think bigger. I'm looking to grab my first property before year end ‘22!

I just constructed my LLC and opened a bank account with my local bank. I'm looking to use someone like RentersWarehouse.com to find and manage tenants. Any recommendations on great management services?

Any recommendations on where to connect in the Louisville area or other online groups to join? Recently connect with Rob Bergeron over the phone and he brought KREIA to my attention for a multitude of experiences and connections.
