Look to connect with RE mind people in Dayton, IN and Memphis, TN

Hi, I'm almost new to BP.  I been on here over a year and haven't done any RE in a long time.  I bought a couple of rental in Detroit and Memphis.  

Now I would like to buy more rentals with a cash out Refi on both property if possible.
