Hey guys, nice to meet you all. I have been in the biggerpockets world for a long time, from podcasts, to youtube, and books and I finally decided to make an account and hop on the forums. As mentioned in the title, I am a licensed real estate agent in the state of Oregon and have lived in the state my whole life and specialize in the Beaverton/Aloha market, but I am also familiar with most of northwest Oregon. I'd love to talk with you guys about the area, about your investments, or anything else I could do to provide you with value.
