Hello everyone, my name is Todd and I am new to the bigger pockets community. We are getting a late start to real estate investing and are very excited to take part in this endeavor. We are looking to produce enough passive income to quit the W2 racket and become our own bosses. We recently signed on our first rental property and can’t wait to get more.
