Hello BiggerPockets community. My wife and I are eager and excited to get into real estate investing, more specifically, multi-family rentals. Seeking advice on first deals. Would you recommend a first deal being in the town where you reside or is it doable to manage it in a different town? Thank you and looking forward to all the great advice.
