hi I'm mike I'm a new member to bigger pockets and an aspiring investor! I'm having trouble building a buyer's list but I've been getting some leads. I'm gonna start wholesaling then begin to rehab homes.

Welcome to BP Nation Michael. Building a buyers list should be the easy part. Simply get records of all cash closed transactions where the tax bill goes to a different address than the subject property. That is usually an investor. Then make contact with them. Done deal.
