Hello,

My name is Veena and I'm currently in the process of buying my first rental. My immediate goal is to rehab houses either to flip or to hold. My long term goal is to own rental properties as a source of passive income.

I do not have much experience other than taking a couple of real estate courses a few years back and now buying my first rental. I would really love to get hands on experience by working with a mentor if possible. I'd appreciate it if I could get some helpful pointers on how I can get started.

BTW, this is an amazing site with such a huge community and there's so, so much information to take in.
