I manage a group of homes in Cecil County, some with waterfront, some water access. The homes are privately owned, but there exists an annual licensing agreement (NOT A LEASE!) between each individual homeowner and the landowner. There is an owner in default, and there will be a court judgement against him. The last auctioneer we used to sell a house is no longer available, unfortunately. Would someone recommend an auctioneer that could handle this in Cecil county, Maryland? Thanks in advance for any advice.
