?Newbie from Denver, Colorado area

Hello, BP Community! My name is Kathryn Orr, and I’m from Evergreen, CO. Although I work full-time as a corporate tax consultant, I hope to slowly transition into full-time real estate investing over the next three years. I’m in the process of setting up my business and will begin with wholesaling. Once I get my feet wet and feel more comfortable with the intricacies of real estate investing, I plan to do some fix & flips, as well. Ultimately, I will own 20 rental properties and enjoy more freedom to travel the globe. I will invest in both Colorado and the Orlando, Florida area.

I'm just beginning my journey into real estate investing, but I have been extensively seeking real estate knowledge over the past two months and am now ready to start networking with local BP members and introduce myself to the BP Community at-large. I’ve read numerous books, BiggerPockets blogs and forums, and have listened to most of the BP podcasts, which I love and find very informative. I also setup keyword alerts to keep me up to date on the latest posts in areas that interest me.
