Novice Investor Looking for Advice

Kayla Caruso
Posted

My name is Kayla Caruso. I'm voraciously reading all things real estate and after years of education have decided to take the leap into real estate investing. As someone who has only ever rented, I'm currently looking into the house-hacking path. Looking to meet other local area investors.

Welcome to the forums Kayla. You've come to the right place to expand your education. House hacking is a great way to get into real estate. That's how I got started (bought a 3 bedroom house, got a few roommates, and lived almost for free).
