Hello everyone at BP,

I am an entrepreneur residing in the Arvada Colorado area. I currently run and operate two businesses, but would like to explore real estate as well. I stay busy with my current businesses, but am also very flexible and always looking for new investments.

I've been interested in real estate for a few years now, but haven't got my feet wet yet. I recently bought a home (for myself not to flip) and quickly realized how competitive and popular the market is here in the Denver area.

After listening to the BP podcast for the past few months I have no idea what direction I want to take with investing. Wholesaling, fix and flip, land, buy and hold, they are all interesting to me! I signed up for some meet ups to meet local investors and have been reading (and listening) to help me find my way in real estate investing. Cheers.

-Kyle
