Canadian based investor and Realtor

Hi everyone

I'm a Realtor and budding investor from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. I was previously a property manager and am currently working as an agent in the Hamilton, Burlington and Niagara Falls area. Just wanted to introduce myself to see if there are any others from my area or from Canada I'm general. I joined BP because…well…I want to get bigger pockets and share my journey with others that are likeminded. What I would love to learn more about is JV partnerships and how to structure them creatively. I'm interested in investing in up and coming areas in Canada as well as across the border. If you are in Canada and invested in the US I would love to chat! My current yet ever shifting strategy is to focus on small commercial properties (5 or more units). I feel like I have a ton to learn on this site and I wish everybody luck in their investing journey!
