Hello, 

My wife and I are new to BP and looking to acquire our first investment property in the Southeast US. We have been learning a lot from this site but now it is time for some action. We are also looking to connect with other investors in the Nashville, TN area and surrounding areas. Thanks to the BP community for all the great content.
