I live in Key West, FL and I'm looking to invest in east Tennessee and Pensacola, Florida. I'm working on my first deal in Johnson City, TN right now. Hello Roscoe! Me and my husband bought our second investment property in Pensacola, FL last year. We love it! Using it more as a second home while we get it ready for short term use. It is close to the Naval Air Station so hopeful we can rent it. I am not super familiar with Johnson City, TN... I know some folks in Nashville. Glad to hear from you though... I am fairly new to BP myself
