Hello guys!

I just graduated college this semester with a civil engineering degree and started a new job. My plan is to use my salary to become a full-time investor by taking the first step and buying my first rental property by the end of this year. I'm currently living in the Texas Panhandle, and this is where I am looking to buy my first property; however, I am open to purchasing a property in Oklahoma. I'm excited to network and observe knowledge from this community.
