New (Kinda) Member Introduction

Hello everyone, my name is Ryan and I am newly back onto this forum.

I posted a few years ago as a new member and then life took an interesting turn for me.  Well, now I can say, I am back and better than ever.  I am a seasoned Property Manager of 5+ years and I am looking to get into owning my own properties and being able to take care of my own assets.  I would love to meet people that are interested in the northern florida area as that is where I am looking to start!
