Hi BP members!

I've been reading around forums on BP these past couple days since I found the site, and I'm so glad I found this site through Google search. I'm in the distribution & sales business but always wanted to be more involved in RE investing for long term wealth goal. I've bought 6 properties (one of which is my primary res) and sold 3. All SFRs and one commercial (industrial) for my distribution business.

Through the earnings from my business, I hope to use that savings as the down payments to buy cash flow industrial and multi-family properties. I'm also interested in learning to do some fix/flip deals as I have some experience from doing renovation our own home. I have some experiences in renting out houses and being a landlord and am familiar with basic RE calculation/analysis.

Anyways, hope to network and learn more from all of your guys and at the same time contribute my thoughts.

Cheers!

Frank
