New investor here, currently have one multi family in long island but because of high property taxes and home prices I'm looking to invest out of state.  Wondering what's the best strategy or best state to look to invest. How do out of state investors typically manage their rentals, PM or self? Greatly appreciate any tips and feedback thank you!
