Newbie in Virginia

Hi BP world!

I'm LaShelle, I'm in Petersburg, VA and I'm excited to start my real estate business. My goal is to start wholesaling and become a fulltime real estate investor in two years. I'm a veteran so I'll be using my VA loan next year to buy a multi unit(a four plex hopefully) so I can also have rental income coming in while I'm still at my job. I've done the boot camps, seminars and trainings etc and have learned a bunch of "theory" now I'm ready to get out and just get it done! Thanks for this community!
