Hello!

My name is Anita Davidson, I am originally from Akron, OH, but living and working in Cleveland. I attended Cleveland State Univ before my entrepreneurial spirit got the best of me. I have always desired to have my own business and not to work the typical 9-5, so when I saw a video by Mark Whitten on real estate wholesaling, I was immediately bit by the real estate bug! I began reading and educating myself by any means necessary, a few months later I put it into action and working with an experienced investor, I closed my first deal!

Since then , I have been focused on building my own business and have found success completing a few deals. I have also had the opportunity to gain experience in property management and other creative RE options. I am excited about my progress and look forward to continuing education through BP, and also networking with others who are passionate about real estate!
