New Member from Missouri

Hi,

I'm a full-time investor and financier formerly from Colorado and now living in Missouri. I invest in properties across the country and have been doing so since the early 80's. Right now my focus is on doing more commercial property investing, especially NNN properties, in part because I finance larger multi-family and commercial properties ($5MM up) across this country and in others. I'm looking forward to getting some help in finding some additional properties and learning some new techniques. I also like trying to share what I've learned so I can help others.

This summer is a bit hectic since I'm also travelling and meeting new relatives in Ireland and will have limited access for a couple of weeks. But I'm excited to find and participate in this forum.
