Hi Joel, i have been doing a mix of residential rentals and flips. i own 5-8 bedroom buildings down on temple university campus, i own 9 sfh rental units in Levittown bucks county, and i flipped somewhere around 20 properties over the past few years also in the Levittown area of bucks county PA. I have bought all of my properties as REO's, short sales, and a few from owners, but the market is changing and inventory is drying up, so i am starting to learn about marketing to motivated homeowners. there looks to be much to learn, but this site is amazing and full of info. i can sit here and read for days.........lol. awesome stuff
