Hungry! But Directionless

Hello Everyone. My name is Cortney Gilliom and I am the Owner/CEO of Larnor LLC. I am at square zero. Zero, because I don't know the first thing about Real Estate Investing. I purchased "The Book on Rental Property Investing" by Brandon Turner on Audible and it's all I listen to now. I have heard this entire book five times at this point and I know that Real Estate Investing is what I want to do. I do have friends who own businesses who convinced me to start my business and use my business credit to buy Real Estate and get started that way. However, they also admit that they aren't Real Estate Investors and that I should seek the help of Investors such as yourselves. So, I am here. I am willing and I am able.

But I need direction. I feel that the fact that I am writing this post on this forum, on this site, means that I am at step ONE now.
