Good Afternoon Team,

My name is Frank and I am a new investor interested in real estate investing. I am a veteran who has a w-2 with very little debt and a great credit score. My overall goal is to keep my w-2 while building wealth for myself and future generations with hopes of being financially free in less than 10 years.

From all of my reading, listening, and discussions, I believe I want to begin investing by using the buy and hold method and have so far narrowed down my niche to single family homes. Unfortunately, due to my current location and circumstances, we believe investing outside of the state to be where we want to start and know it could be difficult in managing the properties.

I look forward to contributing to the community as well as gaining knowledge from the lessons learned of the community and the past posts from the current users.

Thank you all for your time. If you have any questions or would like to connect, feel free to reach out and I will try my best to reply in a timely manner.

Regards,

Frank
