Here is another "Looking to jump into Rental Properties" post.

Hey everyone. I have been diligently saving over the past four years and I have around $200K I am able to move around, plus potentially another $100K that we could use from our current home. We are looking at diversifying and with me being handy (I redid all the rooms in our current home) I was thinking about dipping into rentals, possibly through BRRRR. We are in upstate New York, and I hear all the time how I should never get into being a landlord in New York. Clearly people are making it work though. So if you're from the area I would love some advice.
