newbie from vancouver, washington

Hi, my name's Karen and i'm currently a server, but a real estate investing wannabe. I've been looking into real estate for a while by reading books, articles, etc. and have decided to buy my first house or condo with my boyfriend to rent out, just to get my feet wet. Eventually, I would like to have an apartment complex (or a few) and be able to quit my day job to deal with real estate full time. as of late, i've decided that if i believe i can invest in real estate full time and make enough to live off of then I will be able to! So, I'm excited to be here and hope to meet a lot of new people. :D
