Hi, I live in St Johns county FL (close to Jacksonville in North Florida) and I'm super excited learn more about BRRRR. There is so much potential here as lots of families are moving here from other states. Right now, I'm just soaking up as much as I can from this forum, listening to podcasts, and reading books.
