Greetings from Boulder County- looking to build my team

Hey There!

I recently relocated from Southern California back to my home town outside Boulder, Colorado and am looking to build a team out here. I have experience renovating and managing properties and am looking to expand my strategy. In SoCal, I had a team of people, but skilled labor seems to be hard to come by in this market. I would love to connect with some local investors and see if we can find some win-wins. My top location is around the East Boulder County area (Broomfield, Lafayette, Erie, Louisville, Etc.). I am also interested in Southern California (mostly LA proper and San Deigo) as well as the Seattle/Tacoma area. I am looking for SFHs (worst house in a nice neighborhood), or MFH up to $2mm. I am also interested in spec homes and mixed use development.

My background is finance, marketing, and visual storytelling. I was a federal bank regulator, a portfolio accountant for a private money manager, I’ve helped multiple companies with their market approach strategies (product positioning and branding) as well as over a decade of photo/video experience with multiple award winning projects.

My goal is to connect with investors who have a track record in this area and are looking to expand. Someone interested in passing along their passion who might benefit from my skill set. I am a firm believer in mutually beneficial strategic partnerships and I know Bigger Pockets has a wealth of seasoned professionals, which is why I am here.
