Hello everybody,

I'm from the Los Angeles (San Gabriel Valley, to be more specific). I'm new here.

I'm pretty new to real estate investing, but not entirely new. I've had a rental property for almost 3 years. I rehabbed the home my wife and I lives in and our previous home. I'm sure rehabbing for ourselves is pretty different from rehabbing for profit.

I'm already learning a lot from the biggerpockets forums and I'm just trying to read and absorb as much as I can.

I'm interested in flipping around Southern California since I'm comfortable with the area. Also looking out of state for rental properties. I haven't researched too far, but I kind of like the Houston area.

Looking forward to interacting with you all!
