Hello to the BP Family

Hi,

I recently joined the BP family and think the content is AWESOME, including the Podcast.

I am located in the San Francisco Bay area and have been investing in single and multi-family homes in the Central California region for the last couple of years. Since starting my wife and I have acquired about 10 units (combination of duplex/triplex and single family). We have done a lot of our learning by trial and error and am excited to find a forum where I can share and learn from what seems to be a great community with fantastic information.

I look forward to learning and contributing to the group(s)!
