I’m a newbie that needs advice.

Hey I'm a newbie. I've been researching about real estate for a while now and I really want to get into it. It's just so much confusing information, and so much information left out even in the "beginner friendly" videos where I hear just ask someone, so hear I am asking. I want to take the FHA 203K route which best fits my finical situation but if there is any other advice for someone looking to get into real estate please let me know and I'm willing to talk. I want to take action.
